NEW! NPDESPro introduces shared structures, enhanced text editing tools, and custom fields in CSV reports

Our team constantly strives to provide NPDESPro users with the best possible experience by regularly incorporating new features and functionalities. In this post, we'll be discussing three exciting additions.

Shared Structures

One of the most significant improvements we’ve made is creating new functionality that allows for “shared” structures. This feature was built in response to structures that serve multiple sites. Prior to this update, NPDESPro was built in such a way that structures and sites were matched 1:1. With this feature, structures can be affiliated with multiple sites, increasing efficiency and storm system accuracy. Inspectors can now inspect these structures for each site and include them in compliance reports.

Enhanced Text Editing Tools

This update has brought a range of enhanced text editing tools that provide users with more control and flexibility in manipulating and formatting their email/letter templates.

These additional text editing tools offer advanced options such as paragraph styling, text color and sizing, and more. Users can now create organized documents with ease, resulting in more professional-looking outputs for compliance notices.

Custom Fields in CSV Reports

CSV reports are widely used for data analysis and management due to their simplicity and compatibility with various applications. To make CSV reports in NPDESPro even more versatile, our recent software updates have included the ability to add custom fields.

With this new feature, users can include custom fields in CSV reports that align with their specific requirements. This increase in flexibility allows users to generate tailored, comprehensive reports, enhancing data analysis and reporting workflows.

Stay tuned next month for more announcements, we have several more features to announce that will further streamline MS4 workflows and enhance overall productivity.
