Each user has the option to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when logging in to their account in NPDESPro. When enabled, the extra step provides another layer of security to the users account.

With IP and location-based screening, users have control over which countries are able to login to the account. By default, NPDESPro only allows users with United States/Canada IP addresses to login.

NPDESPro automatically records all successful, as well as failed, logins, allowing users to monitor account login activity 24/7.
